SZARYKOT*PL is a Norwegian Forest and Maine Coon cat professional breeders registered with the PZF (Polish Feline Association) a member of the WCF (World Cat Federation).

NORWEGIAN FOREST CAT

A Norwegian Forest is a large, strong, compact bodied, with a luxurious mane cat. It#s back legs are longer than the front legs, which allows the cat to be very agile and facilitates its jumping ability. One of the distinguishing features of this breed is its mane, a thick double coat, consisting of a dense undercoat covered by a long, glossy and smooth water-resistant guard hairs hanging down the sides. This type of mane almost makes it impossible for the fur to become thouroughly wet.

The characteristic feature of Norwegian Forest Cats is a short ruff around the neck and full britches on their hind legs. The completion of its "wild" appearance are its ears heavily furnished with lynx tips - the ears heavily furnished with lynx tips - the ears themselves, however, are covered with its beautiful mane. The head is an equilateral triangle, where all sides are of equal length as measured from the outside of the base of the ear to the point of the chin with a straight profile. Mature males reach a weight range of 6 - 9 kg and females approximately 5 - 6 kg.

The Norwegian Forest Cat is very intelligent. It becomes extremely attached to the owner and his home. It can easily cohabit with other household pets. However, many years spent in the wild taught it lack of trust of is a fantastic hunter and does so often.

MAINE COON CAT

Main Coon is a cat breed originated from North America. Maine Coon cat breed is distinguished by its size (they are one of the largest household cats), their intelligence and spontaneity.

The Maine Coon is a shaggy length medium oriental type cat. The average weight of a mature male ranges from 6 to 10 kilograms, and the female's from 4 to 7 kilograms. The weight of the Maine Coon cats, however, often reaches 11 kilograms and more and their length reaches anywhere from 1 to 2 meters. The coat is doubled layered - the undercoat and the soft overcoat. Due to its composition it is water resistant. The coat is very full on the belly and the backside while on the neck it shapes into a characteristic ruff. All types of fur colors are allowed, however the most popular is a brown tabby type color.

As a result of a steered selection, the cats became not only a beautiful breed, but most importantly they a desirable one due to the fact that its representatives become very attached to humans and - as compared with other cat breeds and other household pets - they are sociable and easier in cohabitating with all household members.
